Payment and Fees

  • Are there any additional costs? (taxes, service fees, etc.)

    All fees are already included in the total amount.


Program Usage

  • Is there a fee for using the 1st-floor tea table?

    The tea table is free to use, and it is available to everyone.

  • What are the operating hours for the tea table?

    The tea table is open from 9 AM to 10 PM.

  • Is it necessary to participate in the morning practice?

     It is optional, but we recommend joining the morning practice

  • Are evening programs included in the accommodation fee?

    Additional payment is required, and the fees may vary depending on the program.

  • How can I participate in the evening programs?

    You can join the programs directly without prior reservation, but availability may vary depending on the program. Please inquire with the staff.

  • Are there any dress code requirements for participating in the programs?

    There are no specific dress code restrictions. You can dress comfortably.


Transportation and Getting Around

  • Is public transportation convenient in the area?

    If you take the subway or airport bus from Incheon Airport, it will take approximately 50 minutes. There are subway stations and bus stops nearby to travel around the city.

  • Is parking available?

    There is no parking available within the building premises. You will need to use nearby paid parking facilities.


Pre-Reservation Information

  • Is there an age restriction for accommodation?

    There is no age restriction, but for minors, they may need to be accompanied by a guardian or provide a consent form.

  • Can I stay with children?

     It is possible, but only with same-sex children accompanied by a guardian. Please book separate bed for your children. 

  • Is it possible to bring pets?

    Pets are not allowed.

  • Is there a no-smoking policy?

    The entire building is a non-smoking area.

Reservations & Check-in

  • Is early check-in possible if I want to check in early?

    Early check-in fee is 20,000 Won subject to room availability. Please enquire before your arrival.

  • Can I extend the check-out time?

    Late check-out is available until 2 PM for an additional fee of 20,000 Won.


  • Can I store my luggage in advance?

    Yes, you can store your luggage in advance.



Rooms and Facilities

  • What types of rooms are available?

    We offer private rooms and dormitories (4-bed, 6-bed).

  • What amenities are provided?

    Towels and bedding are provided, and shampoo and bodywash are available in the shared bathrooms.

  • What are the common facilities?

    The 1st-floor lounge is open 24/7. There are shared bathrooms, showers, and a guest refrigerator.

  • Is free Wi-Fi provided?

    Yes, Wi-Fi is available on each floor.

  • Are there air conditioning and heating facilities?

    The building is equipped with central air conditioning and heating.

  • Are the rooms separated by gender?

    Yes, the 2nd floor is female only and 3rd floor is male only.

  • Can I use a washing machine?

    There are no guest laundry facilities on-site, but you can use the 24-hour coin laundry located across the building.

  • Where is the guesthouse located?

    It is located 5-minute away from Exit 7 of Hongik University Station.

  • Are there any tourist attractions nearby?

    There are famous hotspots such as Hongdae Street, Yeonnam-dong, and Sinchon in close proximity.


Dining and Beverages

  • Is breakfast provided? What kind of meals are available?

    Vegetarian-oriented breakfast is provided daily.

  • Can I use the communal kitchen? Are cooking utensils and tableware provided?

    All facilities except those requiring fire are available for use, including toasters and microwaves. Cooking utensils and tableware are provided.

  • Is it okay to consume non-vegetarian food?

    It is strongly recommended to not have non-vegetarian food within the JustBee building.

  • Can I bring food from outside?

    Vegetarian oriented delivery and packaged food can be consumed in the underground first-floor common area.
